SMS Notifications

GRN ROOM is a private movie club platform that allows friends to create movie circles, select films together, participate in discussions, share predictions and reflections, and maintain a shared cinematic archive. It is operated by GRN ROOM LLC, a Utah limited liability company.

The platform works as follows: members join a private circle, watch a weekly featured film independently, and then submit predictions, ratings, and reflections. GRN ROOM collects this activity to produce shared archives, editorial recaps, and personalized recommendations for the group.

SMS notifications on GRN ROOM exist solely to support normal, active use of the platform. Every message sent is directly tied to a platform event or security action initiated by the user or their circle.

• —Verification codes — sent when creating or verifying your account.
• —Login authentication codes — one-time codes used to sign in securely.
• —Circle invitations — sent when another user invites you to join a movie circle.
• —Weekly movie reminders — sent when your circle's weekly film is announced.
• —Discussion alerts — sent when a group discussion opens for the week's film.
• —Activity notifications — other account-related transactional updates directly related to your circle activity.

GRN ROOM does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising SMS messages. Consent to receive SMS is not required to use GRN ROOM.

GRN ROOM is operated by GRN ROOM LLC, a Utah limited liability company wholly owned by CLEG Investments LLC. GRN ROOM LLC is responsible for the transactional SMS communications described on this page.

SMS messages are sent by or on behalf of GRN ROOM LLC / GRN ROOM, solely for transactional and account-related purposes. These include:

• —Account verification codes
• —Login authentication codes
• —Circle invitations
• —Weekly movie reminders
• —Discussion open alerts
• —Prediction reveal alerts
• —Other account-related transactional notifications

GRN ROOM does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising SMS messages.

Users opt in to SMS notifications by providing a mobile phone number, actively checking an unchecked consent checkbox, and saving their preferences in the SMS Notifications section of their profile settings.

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time using either of these methods:

Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. GRN ROOM LLC is not responsible for any charges your carrier imposes.

GRN ROOM LLC does not sell, share, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.

Mobile information collected for SMS communications — including phone numbers and SMS consent — will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.

SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.
