Terms of Service

GRN ROOM is operated by GRN ROOM LLC, a Utah limited liability company wholly owned by CLEG Investments LLC. References to "GRN ROOM," "we," "us," or "our" in these terms refer to GRN ROOM LLC as the legal operator of the GRN ROOM platform.

By creating an account or using GRN ROOM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GRN ROOM after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You must be at least 13 years old to use GRN ROOM. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their knowledge.

GRN ROOM is a private, invite-only space designed for honest conversation about film. We expect members to engage in good faith.

You agree not to use the service to harass, abuse, or harm other members; to post content that is illegal, defamatory, or malicious; to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; or to use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.

Circles are governed by their members. Room admins may remove members or content that disrupts the community. GRN ROOM LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The GRN ROOM name, visual identity, and editorial software are owned by GRN ROOM LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Content you create within GRN ROOM — predictions, ratings, reflections — remains yours. By posting it, you grant GRN ROOM LLC a limited license to display it to your circle members and to include it in the circle's archive.

Film metadata, posters, and images displayed within the app are sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) and are subject to their terms.

If you actively opt into SMS notifications by providing your mobile phone number and checking an unchecked consent checkbox within the GRN ROOM platform, you consent to receive transactional text messages from GRN ROOM LLC / GRN ROOM. These may include: account verification codes, login authentication codes, circle invitations, weekly movie reminders, discussion open alerts, prediction reveal alerts, and other account-related notifications.

GRN ROOM LLC does not send promotional or marketing SMS messages. Mobile information and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning off SMS notifications in your profile settings. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and notification preferences. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. GRN ROOM LLC is not responsible for carrier charges.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of GRN ROOM.

GRN ROOM is provided "as is." GRN ROOM LLC makes no warranties — express or implied — about the service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRN ROOM LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or service interruptions.

GRN ROOM LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months (if any).

You may stop using GRN ROOM at any time. To request account deletion, contact support@grnroom.club.

GRN ROOM LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your access to circles and their content will end. Your personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
